Both points are needed. I have lost three necros and 2 monks in ToPK in the last two days due to the leader not saying he was reordering the group. Kicked the necro
reinvite the necro
tell the necro to accept invite and explain we were just reordering group
quote from chat window: F*#% you guys, you kicked me for no reason!

Why not let anyone change the party order? Sometimes monks make parties too. I think the leader should be indicated by a crown or something next to their name, not necisarily first slot.

I would think that if the party leader could change the order, then they should be able to move themselves as well. The crown idea (or any other type of marker) is a great idea.
If your necro yells at you for re-ordering in tombs, I'm not sure you want him in your group anyway.

/Signed even a simple Shift + Click and Drag to do the split.
rearranging the group list would help out a lot. as it is the leader has to kick and reinvite people to get the list right.. I would say let each player change the list to their prefrence, but would make it harder on the monks and enchantments.. so /Signed if it's only the leader can change the ordering.

The purpose of a shared party is for quicker communication. Saying something like "Blood is Power on 8" is easier than saying "Blood is Power on Ima Monk" plus it needs a set up to display to other players in PvP/Observer.

party list reordering
/signed if its only the party leader that can do that. Though you have to wounder why your party list gets scrambled when you enter FoW
Stack splitting
/not signed because the only time I've wanted to use it was to save orrian tablet shards so I could use them on another character without redoing the quest (getting reward makes you lose all of them). So I can't see a reason for it, other than exploiting various things.

WTF? you're the only one exploiting anything here and you don't want stack splitting cause there could be more exploits? BS, I would like to give 1 dyes to my other chars or craft mats w/o having to give stacks, nothing abusive about that, only some people can think of abuse from something so convenient.

simple implementation and very little coding involved I would think. All in all it's cost effective, convenient, and above all else it's not a self serving idea like a lot of suggestions on here.

You've never had someone who wanted just one steel ingot? Or just 120 out of 250 ectos? I see no possible exploits from this, at least not any that really matter anyway. Quests like the orrian shard tablets aren't exploits that really matter.

I realy don't see the significance of being able to remove or store specified amounts of materials in your storage. It is a complex addition to a very simple proccess, just put whats left over back into your storage. Did that break your arm? Maybe something so insignificant is important to some though.....
I can agree with being able to sort party order and leader though, it is a pain in the ass to have players leave and rejoin a team, expecially if they are impacient players who will probably leave some time during the mission instead of finding another party while reordering, if you could reorganize without dropping players/leaving the party.

More tools for the impacient < significant improvements for the game.
